What We Test
Testing covers the things that cost you leads when they break. We follow your most important user journeys, such as requesting a quote, booking or checking out, on real browsers and devices.
- Layout on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, desktop and mobile
- Every form: validation, confirmation messages and where submissions go
- Links, buttons, menus and 404 pages
- Analytics and conversion tracking events
- Page speed and Core Web Vitals
- SEO basics: titles, canonicals, indexing, redirects and sitemap
- Accessibility basics: contrast, alt text, keyboard use and labels
White-Label QA for Agencies
Agencies send us staging links and a list of journeys to test. We return a report with no 360 Digital branding, ready to forward to your developer or client. Turnaround for a typical site is 3 to 5 business days. A launch audit of up to 15 pages is $225, a full QA pass of up to 50 pages is $475, and ongoing QA is $380 per month.
Sample Bug Report
A typical entry reads: "Severity high. Contact form on /contact, iPhone Safari: the submit button is hidden behind the cookie banner, so the form cannot be sent. Steps: open the page on a 390px screen, scroll to the form. Expected: button visible. Fix: raise the button above the banner or shorten the banner." A full sample report is available on request.
Pre-Launch vs. Ongoing QA
Pre-launch QA is a one-off check on a staging site before it goes live, so problems are fixed before customers see them. Ongoing QA repeats the key checks after plugin updates, new pages or design changes, because sites often break quietly after an update.
Many clients start with a pre-launch test and then book a short monthly regression check on their most important forms and pages.
Our QA Process and Deliverables
We agree the scope, devices and key journeys first. Testers then work through a written checklist and log every issue with a screenshot or screen recording, the page, the device and browser, steps to reproduce and a severity level. After fixes are made, we retest and confirm each item is closed.
What You Get at the End of a QA Round
Every test round ends with a written report, not a vague list of comments. Each issue includes the page, the browser and device, steps to reproduce it, a screenshot or short screen recording and a severity rating, so your developer can fix the most important problems first.
Once fixes are in, we retest every issue and confirm it is closed. For launches, we also run a final pass on the live site within 24 hours of going live, checking redirects, forms and tracking against the production setup. Planning a relaunch? See our website redesign checklist.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is website QA testing?
Website QA testing is a structured check of a site before or after launch. Testers confirm that pages, forms, links and checkout work across browsers and devices, that pages load fast, and that basic SEO and accessibility are in place. You get a prioritised bug report with screenshots and fixes.
Can you QA a site another team built?
Yes. We regularly test sites built by other developers and agencies. We need staging or live access and a list of key user journeys. We return a white-label bug report you can share with your client or developer, sorted by severity, with steps to reproduce each issue.
